Leaflet distribution
Dor-2-Dor, the company we were using for delivery of the leaflets, has ceased trading, having completed only part of the delivery work we put with them. They have returned the unused leaflets, and supplied a list of streets they have delivered to, and refunded some of the money we paid them.
PM produced a plan for the delivery of the remaining leaflets by Community Councillors which was circulated to them. The responses were mixed. Some said they could do their allocation, some said they would not be able to do so, and PM has not received any response from several. The current situation is that there are about 2000 leaflets to be delivered to households, and an unknown number for student residences. Bob has offered to deliver to some of the Pollock Hall residences. Svetlana has some contacts who may be willing to undertake some of this work for us for a suitable payment.
